I like that this tea is mixed with Ginger as it seemed to help with any tummy upset that mushrooms normally cause for me. I had a good trip.

Good recipe for making Iced Tea: Brew the tea bag in hot water (not scalding) for 15 mins. (Preferably in a large mason jar) then chill in the fridge for about 3 hours. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste. Perfect on a hot day - that you don’t have to work lol.
