The packages are covered by the CanadaPost Corporation Act which states that law enforcement may not seize or interfere with the delivery of your mail, unless it’s considered a threat to national security. With our experience shipping thousands of orders, there has never been a single incident of our customers getting into trouble with the law for buying mushroom products online.
Please allow some time for us to receive payment and prepare your order. You will receive a tracking number to the email provided once your order is shipped. Usually within one business day.

No, we only ship within Canada.
We charge $20 per order Canada wide. Orders over $99 receive free shipping. All orders ship Express Post.
We generally send orders made by 2pm(PST) out same day and all other orders next business day.
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost. Typically this means 1 day for Western Canada and major cities. 1-3 days for other locations.
**Please keep in mind there could be delays at busy times or due to circumstances out of our control ie: Covid.
All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.
No, we can not make any specific requests to Canada Post. Your items will arrive just like any mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.
As per our shipping policy if you do not provide the full and correct address we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package. If you live in a building you must provide your unit number.
As Canada Post doesn’t guarantee delivery times, we can’t be certain your items will arrive within the typical estimated arrival times. Please be patient as sometimes there are delays. If you believe your package is missing please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
